I designed and made this set, inspired from the Madame Butterfly play by David Belasco for my model making course at Iran University of Art. After designing and 3D modeling the set in Blender, I made this model using balsa wood and a wooden tray for the base of the red sun. Then I put a wire light inside that tray and this is the final result.
